Earth 4 is very much like Earth 1, with the exception of sexuality. On this Earth anyone straight on Earth 1 is gay and anyone gay on Earth 1 is straight. For example, Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne have been dating for years. Kate Kane is very much straight and dates men. This Earth is on friendly terms with Earth 1 and has even agreed to old Earth 3's Bruce Wayne in a holding cell to prevent him from doing any further harm.
